Snoring
Snoring is caused by air passing by relaxed tissues in the back of your mouth causing them to vibrate. There are other causes of snoring such as sleeping on your back, increased alcohol intake, certain medications, and others. If one of those causes your snoring, then try sleeping on your side, decreasing your alcohol intake, or ask your doctor about alternate medications you can take.
