At Sarah Palmer D.D.S., you are important to us. You’re not a product. You’re a person. A person with feelings.
And when you come to us, you’ll be treated like a person. Your warm, friendly experience won’t end after the reception area. It won’t end after the introduction. In fact, you’ll soon feel so comfortable you won’t even know you’re in a dentist’s office.
Of course, part of making you comfortable is making your visit as pain-free as possible.
We know that dental procedures can be scary, and the last thing that you – or your children – need is a bad dental experience. Our professionals help you to feel relaxed. And, for all our procedures, you’ll have free access to Nitrous Oxide – a safe, quick acting gas that helps control pain and anxiety.
You can have access to all of this no matter who you are, how long you have been a patient, or what procedure you require. Our team has experience providing excellent, comfortable care for anyone from small children to seniors.
Our previous facility was no longer able to accommodate our growth, so we built and moved into a new facility. We treat everyone as a person, we’re not going to rush appointments and process people faster. We give everybody the personal treatment they deserve. Call or contact us today if you are interested in the Sarah Palmer DDS team experience.

The best time to fight tooth decay is before it happens…
The best way to avoid coming in for more complicated procedures is to take steps to prevent decay now. One easy step to take is to come in for regular cleanings. Your dental professional can remove plaque buildup that your toothbrush can’t reach, helping prevent decay and gum disease.
Another great preventative measure that you can take is to get a sealant, so called because it “seals” off the deep grooves and pits so that bacteria can’t build up in them. These places are very difficult to clean, so getting them sealed is a great help to preventing tooth decay.
Stop gum disease with this effective dental procedure.
Periodontal disease, or gum disease, can be ugly to look at, and is irreversible. But there’s good news. With our periodontal treatments, you can stop the advance of gum disease and prevent it from getting any worse. Our dental hygienists use a special deep-cleaning procedure called “Root Planing and Scaling” to remove bacteria-filled buildup from below the gum line. After this treatment continued maintenance will be required to maintain periodontal health.
Get whiter teeth in under one hour…
Need teeth whitening? Come in to Sarah Palmer DDS. Our in-office/ZOOM whitening will have your teeth noticeably whiter in less than one hour. Or, if you prefer, take home whitening trays custom-designed for your teeth. You won’t believe the difference, and neither will your friends!
You can also have cavities filled or, if the damage is bad enough, crowns or bridges custom made for your mouth. All fillings and crowns are specially designed to look and feel like they belong in your mouth, so nobody will even be able to tell you’ve had cavities!
And, for the final touch – get that glossy shine in your teeth with a veneer. The whitening will make your teeth sparkle – the veneer will make them shine. A veneer is a porcelain covering that goes on the front of a tooth. It can change the color, size and shape of a tooth if needed. Come in to our offices today, and start getting compliments tomorrow.
Get rid of deep decay before worse problems erupt.
If your cavity goes really deep, you need to address the problem before things get worse. Decay that reaches the nerve of the tooth can, if left unchecked, result in an abscess – a swollen, pus-filled sac at the root of your tooth, excruciating pain in your tooth, or both. The best way to deal with deep cavities is with a root canal. In this procedure, your dental professional cleans the inside of the tooth. The canal will then be filled with a material called gutta-percha, and your tooth restored with a crown or a filling.
A new set of teeth custom designed for your mouth…
Whether you need a complete set of dentures or only a partial set, your dental professional will design your replacement teeth to fit comfortably into your mouth. Complete dentures and partial dentures are both removable, so you can pull them out whenever you’re not going to be using them, like at night.
There is also an option to undergo a surgical procedure that will make the dentures snap into place more securely.
Don’t let bad teeth ruin your mouth
If tooth decay has progressed too much for the tooth to be restored, your dental professional will remove the tooth before the decay causes more problems. Left unchecked, bacteria in bad teeth can decay down to your gums and cause more damage – and pain – leading to more complicated (and expensive) dental procedures. You will be asked to bite down on a sterile gauze pad after the tooth is removed. This helps form a clot where the tooth was removed and speeds the healing process. Any oral surgery site should not be disturbed for 24 hours after the surgery.
Start preventing damage to your child’s teeth today
It’s recommended that you take your child to the dental offices before the age of 3. This will help prevent the development of cavities and other problems before they get their adult teeth, and teach them good dental hygiene to reduce the risk of problems in the future.
Our dental professionals have a lot of experience working with children, and know how to make them feel comfortable and at home in the dental office.
We can help you sleep better and cure headaches…
If you experience frequent headaches, particularly in the mornings, the root cause may actually be your teeth! People who grind their teeth frequently at night often develop problems with their neck and jaw, which then lead to headaches. A bite splint rests between your teeth, keeping them separate at night, which helps your jaw find a comfortable resting position.
If you or someone you know snores, you may want to consider a snore guard. Snore guards are worn at night to correct snoring problems. They are custom fitted to the mouth of the snorer and designed to correct some of the common causes of snoring. Get your snore guard now to start sleeping better tonight.
